Lee Sora - Wind blows

This is a song called, "Wind blows," by Sora Lee. I'm putting up this video as an experiment. I'm translating the words into English. Listening is such an important part of learning a new language. If you can listen to this song and understand the words, you'll have learned the words, pronunciations and some grammar along the way. I'd like some feedback, too. Tell me if it's helping you. :) Cheers. Enjoy!

  1. I REALLY like the idea, but it's a bit difficult to use this as a study material because of the format.

Maybe you could post the Korean lyrics, your translation, and then a list of important vocabulary/grammar? So it might look like:

    하늘이 젖는다
    어두운 거리에 찬 빗방울이 떨어진다
    ***
    The sky is drenched
Cold raindrops fall on the dark street
    **
    하늘 - sky
젖다 - to get wet, to get drenched
    어둡다 - to be dark

etc. etc. Or something similar. Just so I could try to translate along with you, and also have an easy-to-read list of the vocab.

Just a suggestion. Thank you for all your hard work!

  2. Hi Ceiling of Stars!

I tried to change the format of the lyrics to what you've suggested.

Is this better in terms of following the lyrics and learning?

    Thank you for the comment/suggestions!

    Cheers~ :)
